These terms govern your use of the SoftPulse Digital website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SoftPulse Digital provides web design, development, SEO, branding and AI automation services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Standard website packages require no advance payment — you pay after the completed website is reviewed and approved.
  • Custom and large projects above $300 require a 30% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due on completion and your approval.
  • Package prices cover the deliverables listed for that package; additional work is quoted separately before starting.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner, and confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Revisions & Approval

Design revisions are included as described in your package. Once you approve the final deliverable, further changes are handled as new work or under a maintenance plan.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website, design files and content we create for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways, AI platforms). Their availability and pricing are controlled by those providers, not by us.

7. Warranties & Liability

We build to modern standards and test thoroughly, but no website can be guaranteed to be error-free or achieve specific rankings or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. Where a deposit applies (custom projects above $300), it covers work already performed and is non-refundable once design work has begun.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
